Dear Tapestry Dancer,
Tapestry has deep roots that continue to be generously nourished by the dance community. Dancers joined hands to purchase and renovate the building in 1999 because they believed in Tapestry's future. This year Tapestry Folkdance Center celebrates 10 years in our dance home!
I extend my deepest gratitude to you for being a member of the Tapestry Folkdance Center community. Your participation affirms the value of Tapestry's dance programs and their role in your quality of life. During the fall, we traditionally ask for financial support so that our partnership may endure.
The Board of Directors and staff are committed to remaining fiscally responsible. Therefore, we must raise at least $25,000 to meet the 2009-2010 budget. Tapestry's admission fees will remain the same, providing accessible and affordable programs to an ever-increasing number of participants.
As part of your seasonal giving, I therefore ask that you thoughtfully consider donating to Tapestry. Please keep in mind that this is a tax-deductible donation. Thank you for your continued participation and support.
