Movement Classes for Optimal Health is an evidence-based movement program designed to assist people with mild to moderate Parkinson’s disease improve their posture, mobility, agility, endurance, strength and function. It is appropriate for any adult who is able to get on and off the floor without assistance. People work at their own ability level, with adaptations as needed.
These classes are taught by Ruth Davini. She has received training in this method and previously co-taught the class in Highland Park.
