Our first ever spotlight series will feature Eva Kish, a well-known dance authority
specializing in the village style dances of Hungary. Eva has studied in Hungary and
subscribes to the Timar style of dance instruction, which focuses dance learning
through music and demonstration rather than extensive explanation. She recently
choreographed for Ethnic Dance Theatre and has worked with the local Hungarian
community organizing a very successful Tanchaz (dance party.) Eva will be teaching
basic steps and styles at this series, so come join the fun!
