For English Country Dance enthusiasts! This year's Playford, Cupid's Bow Ball, called by Liz Goossen and featuring live music from Coleraine, will begin with Sellenger's Round, followed by three sets of five dances. Dance notes will be available upon registration. Liz (Elizabeth) Goossen is a seasoned English Country dance caller, choreographer, and tune composer from Winnipeg. She has released two CDs of her music and dances titled "Daisies in the Wind" (Volumes 6 and 7).

The dance program will be taught in the weeks prior to the ball at Tapestry Folkdance Center. The schedule includes sessions on February 2 from 7-9pm with recorded music, February 9 from 6:30-9pm featuring live music by the Anytime English Players, February 16 from 7-9pm with recorded music, and February 23 from 7-9pm with recorded music.
